Universal 4-Cassette Honey Extractor with Manual Drive

A cassette honey extractor with rotating cassettes is an excellent purchase for both professional and beginner beekeepers. Cassette extractors significantly speed up and simplify work by eliminating the need to remove frames. Honey extraction in cassette extractors, similar to diagonal extractors, relies on centrifugal force acting perpendicularly to the comb's surface and almost uniformly across its entire area, making the spinning process more efficient and reducing the risk of comb damage.

The honey extractor tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (acid-resistant). The rotating cassettes are welded, made from AISI 304 stainless steel rods with a 4mm diameter (horizontal) and 3mm diameter (vertical), forming a mesh size of 4x2 cm.

The honey extractor basket can be very easily disassembled for, for example, cleaning the inside of the extractor. The removable basket greatly facilitates keeping the extractor clean. To disassemble the basket, simply unscrew the 4 mounting screws, and you can remove the basket along with the drive beam and drive.

  • Manual with brake, drive gearbox equipped with durable metal gears.

  • There is an option to install a dedicated 12V DC electric drive.

Notes:

• The honey extractor is made from materials approved for food contact. Declaration of food contact available.

• To extract honey from the other side of the frames, the cassettes need to be manually flipped. There is no need to remove the frames from the extractor.

• Universal cassettes - various frame types can be extracted. Maximum frame size: 445x300 mm "Dadant".
