Full automatic Lidsorter

Our newly developed lidsorting machine consists of a closed tank for the lids, a conveyor unit to lift the lids up, a built in sorting system and a lid-placing unit, that places the lids precisely on your jars.

The sorting system prevents the lids from getting to the lid-fitting machine upside down!

The machine can sort up to 2.000 lids per hour and is able to sort both screw-on and twist-off lids, made of plastic or metal.

The operation is very easy, you just fill the tank with loose lids and the machine automatically performs all tasks.

The machine is electrically driven, without the need for an additional compressor.
