This honey extractor is intended for both stationary and nomadic apiaries. Recommended for small and medium apiaries.

Extraction of honey in the cassette honey extractor takes place in three stages:

1. Swirling frames in one direction. Under the influence of the centrifugal force, the frames stand parallel to the walls of the drum, which facilitates quick emptying of the honey. At the same time, the honey on the other hand pushes the patch and, in order not to break it, it is necessary to centrifuge only part of the honey from the first side of the patch.

2. The basket automatically changes the direction of movement (the cassettes are turned by 180 °) by centrifuging the honey on the other side of the patch.

3. Return to the rotation of the frames in the same direction as in step 1 and complete emptying of the cells from the first side of the patch.

All three stages last only a few minutes.

The cassette honey mighty can also be used to effectively swirl dense honey, eg heather, without fear of breaking the patches. Special guides and springs are used in the construction of the device, which prevent the cassettes from jamming and allow them to return to their original position.

Thanks to the transparent cover, we have an insight into the operation of the device. The electronics are supervised by the safety - the extractor will be stopped if the lid is lifted during operation.

The stability of the honey extractor is ensured by placing the engine under the drum and well-contoured legs.

The drum made of acid-resistant sheet was reinforced with a special profiling and an additional rim.

The engine's operation is managed by a specialized electronic controller. It allows you to spin in two manual modes and 10 automatic programs (including one that you can set on your own, and the other 9 proposed by the manufacturer).
