4-Frame Diagonal Honey Extractor with Manual Drive (includes base and cover)
4-frame diagonal honey extractors are ideal for small and medium-sized professional apiaries, as well as for hobbyist beekeepers. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it can also be used in migratory apiaries. Honey extraction works by applying centrifugal force perpendicular to the comb's surface, acting almost uniformly across its entire area.
The extractor's tank is made of high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel (acid-resistant). The basket's grating is made of AISI 304 stainless steel rods, with 4mm diameter horizontal rods and 3mm diameter vertical rods, forming a mesh size of 4x2 cm. The stainless steel valve is welded flush with the bottom, and the conical bottom facilitates honey drainage.
The extractor basket is very easy to disassemble for cleaning the extractor's interior. The removable basket significantly simplifies keeping the extractor clean. To disassemble the basket, simply unscrew the 4 mounting screws, and you can remove the basket along with the drive shaft and drive mechanism.
