Description:

Smooth machine rolls are intended for rolling thick wax tape, which comes out of the pressing bars of the tape-forming machine, into a thin one. Rolls can be used manually completed with a handle.
Equipment consists of a welded steel body, rollers, drive and transmission gears, stainless steel sheet tray and pressure screws. Friction bearing is also set.
The thickness of a wax tape after rolling is 1.1 ... 1.4 mm.
Models of smooth machine rollers differ in the length of the working part of the roller.
