Steam melter based on an uncapping table for 25/30 dadant frames
Description:
The 25-Frame Steam Wax Melter (with spacers) for Steam Generator (hereinafter referred to as the "wax melter") is designed to extract wax from old and used honeycomb frames using steam melting. During the process, the frames themselves are also disinfected.
The wax melter consists of the main body (1), a stand (2) with telescopic legs, a lid (3), and a flat basket (6) for wax filtration and collecting capping (cappings wax). The body is equipped with a T-connector (4) for supplying steam into the unit and a drain fitting (5) for the discharge of liquid wax, condensate, and excess water. The melter is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel.
Steam is delivered from the steam generator to the wax melter via a flexible metal pipe attached to the T-connector (4).
