Setup:

1. Place the melter on a stable stool directly over a heat source (stove or gas burner) or connect the steam generator hose.

2. Pour water into the space between the main body walls and the perforated basket (the use of soft water, such as rainwater, is recommended to prevent scale).

3. Load the frames into the perforated basket.

4. Close the lid and activate the heat source.

Maintenance and Safety Tips:

• Water Control: Avoid allowing the water to boil violently for extended periods. Excessive heating may lead to overheating and potential deformation of the tank walls.

• Overheating Protection: Never place an empty tank (without water) over a heat source, as this will cause severe damage (burn-through) to the device.

• Maintenance: Before and after use, thoroughly clean the melter with hot water to prevent the buildup of wax residue and impurities.

• Recommended Accessories: To reuse frames, it is recommended to use stainless steel wire (0.04–0.05 mm) and a wire crimper for tensioning.
