Uncapping table, vertical, semi-automated - BRCTech
Description:
Semi-automatic device for uncapping frames using "beating" blades.
Semi-automatic table for quick and efficient uncapping of frames. They are made of INOX 304 sheet, and the base is plasticized. The machine works on 230V, it is driven by a single-phase motor with a power of 750W. Movement is carried by a belt. By lowering the handle, the microswitch is activated and the brushes start to rotate. The cover is fixed with a screw, so it can be easily inserted into the device. The container at the bottom has a mesh that contains larger remnants of honey caps. It also has a valve for easy pouring of honey. The uncapping elements are two rollers with operated needles. The table may be required for different thicknesses of frames (25 mm and 30 mm) and different types of frames: Dadant and Wielkopolska.
Uncapping process:
- We insert the frame
- We lower using the handle, while lowering the blades start automatically
- We lift the uncapped frame
