Extraction Efficiency and Time Savings:Casket honey extractors eliminate the tedious need to manually remove and rotate frames, significantly speeding up and simplifying work in the apiary. The honey extraction process is based on a principle similar to diagonal honey extractors: centrifugal force acts perpendicular to the comb plane and almost evenly across its entire surface. This technology guarantees higher extraction efficiency while minimizing the risk of damaging delicate combs. Simply manually rotate the cassettes to extract the other side – without removing the frames from the extractor!

The entire honey extractor structure is made of materials that meet the highest standards:

• Drum (Acid-Resistant): Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it is resistant to corrosion and acids, and ideal for food contact.
• Rotor Basket and Cassette: Also made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The cassettes are welded from 4 mm (horizontal) and 3 mm (vertical) diameter rods to create a solid grid with a 4x2 cm mesh.
• Drain Valve: To maximize drainage, the AISI 304 stainless steel valve is welded flush with the tank bottom (conical tank bottom).
• Lid: The transparent 3 mm thick polycarbonate lid allows for continuous monitoring of the extraction process.
• Base: Stable and durable, made of stainless steel.

Versatility and Easy Maintenance:The honey extractor is designed with a variety of apiaries in mind. The universal cassettes easily accommodate frames of various types, such as Dadant (D), Wielkopolska (WL), Ostrowska (O), Warszawska Zwykła (WZ), Langstroth (LN), Apipol (AP), etc. The maximum frame size is 445 x 300 mm (Dadant type).

Keeping the extractor clean is extremely easy thanks to the easily removable basket. To remove the basket, along with the beam and drive, simply unscrew just four mounting screws, making thorough cleaning of the interior much easier.

• Manual drive with a brake function for precise control. A gearbox with durable metal gears guarantees long life and smooth operation.

Upgrade Option: A dedicated DC12V electric drive can be easily installed, allowing for future upgrades.
