Advanced Rotor Design A standout feature of this model is the specialized rotor frame construction. It is welded from profile tubing and lacks crossbars in the upper loading section, making the insertion and removal of frames significantly more convenient. This specific rotor design handles imbalances (caused by varying frame weights) more effectively by flexibly compensating for them. As a result, vibrations transferred to the extractor body are minimized, ensuring superior stability during operation.
Extraction Efficiency and Time-Saving
Cassette extractors eliminate the tedious task of manually flipping frames, significantly accelerating apiary workflow. The extraction principle is similar to tangential extractors: centrifugal force acts perpendicularly to the comb plane and uniformly across its entire surface. This technology ensures maximum extraction efficiency while protecting delicate wax combs from damage. The universal cassettes easily accommodate multiple frame types: Dadant (D), Wielkopolska (WL), Ostrowskiej (O), Warsaw Ordinary (WZ), Langstroth (LN), Apipol (AP), etc.
