Tangential 2-frame honey extractor Ø420 mm, frame: 2/4 DB, manual (top drive), without legs – SAXO
Thanks to its 420 mm drum diameter and 600 mm height, this honey extractor is ideal for small stationary apiaries. It does not have legs, making it one of the most compact honey extractors on the market. A characteristic feature of diagonal extractors is the need to flip the frames: after spinning "side A," the frame must be turned over to spin "side B." Advantage of this manual honey extractor is that it can be used in the field without access to a power source. The drum is reinforced and stiffened with double rebates for increased durability.
The honey extractor is durable and resistant to external factors. Its transparent acrylic lid allows you to safely observe the extraction process without opening the drum and risking contact with the spinning basket. The manual top drive gives you full control over the spinning speed. The vertically mounted crank operates with a motion similar to "stirring a pot"- an original and visually appealing solution that also minimizes the required workspace.
It allows for convenient honey draining, further facilitated by the conical bottom. The device comes with a valve, cover, and handle for easy self-assembly. This simple honey extractor combines user-friendly operation with high-quality workmanship - ideal for beginner beekeepers and small-scale apiaries.
