As part of their daily routine, bees collect pollen and bring it back to the hive, where it is mixed with honey, enzymes from their saliva, and flower nectar. This blend results in one of the most nutritious bee products. These small, inconspicuous pollen granules serve as a staple food for bees, just as important as honey. Modern diets also recognize the value of bee pollen — it is rich in essential nutrients, vitamins, amino acids, minerals, healthy fats, organic acids, and proteins.

Obtaining pure bee pollen has become standard practice in both professional and amateur apiaries.. Over the year, a single bee colony is able to obtain up to 40 kg of bee pollen. An important piece of equipment in modern apiaries is a pollen cleaner, used to separate pollen from impurities.

This pollen cleaner is an innovative solution, featuring a vibrating motor with smooth regulation and a dirt separator, which allow for efficient removal of impurities from pollen. The device is made of stainless steel and powder-coated sheet metal.

The controlled dosing of the cleaned pollen is achieved through an adjustable gate. The vibrating pollen cleaner has an approximate capacity of up to 80 kg of cleaned pollen per hour. It is important to note that before the pollen can be cleaned, it must be thoroughly dried.
